Our Dairy consultant is offering various technologies for the following potential
milk products. We may be acting as a technical consultant for setting up the same
project. You will also be getting a detailed Basic engineering report being developed
by us for few of the technologies a
- Long Shelf Life Paneer (VIRIFRESH PANEER)
- Low cholesterol Ghee (UJJWAL PURE GHEE)
- Pasteurized White Butter (verifresh butter)
- hygienically packed MILK (verifresh milk)
- Hygienically prepared skimmed & whole milk powder (ujjwal)

Plant / Line Design
To formulate dairy plant specifications the proposed design should include: Space
required (Floor Area), List the equipment, their specifications and capacities.
Prepare the plant layout, including process, service and storage. Provide for service
requirements Prepare for plant construction by attending to the following:
- Selection of the site;
- Survey the availability of essential services like water, electricity, all-weather
road, communications, etc; and,
- Tender for civil works, equipment supply and installation, and the subsequent award
of contracts.
Arrange for sanctions / approvals / clearances by the Central / State / local statutory
authorities. Coordinate the civil construction work with the suppliers for timely
installation of the dairy equipment and machinery. Plant/ line Design should be
according to the company facilities. Design of the plant need to be provide healthy
working environment to the workers and not prohibited the rules and regulation of
the Government. & give eco-friendly environment
